Hi i recently bought an item off eBay but the seller had the wrong email address for his PayPal for payment. As I payed the auction instantly I received a messaged for his correct PayPal to pay the item. I immediately cancelled the first payment through PayPal which is now pending but the money for the item has been taken from my bank account. Do I go through PayPal for the refund or eBay? Thanks for the help
