QR Code Sharing to a user on a mobile device

Hi. Has anyone else come across the issue of sharing a QR code via an email or a donate QR code on a website. The issue is if the user only has access to their phone or tablet, they are unable to access the QR code in the app. If they take a screenshot or save the image, the scan/pay app only has the live camera feed and there is no option to access gallery/photos so that they can pay. Is there something I am missing or is this an oversight on the app. Can anyone shed light or help Regards Darren
