Pending Authorization still on bank statement?

Description

Hello, I recently tried to make a purchase from NewEgg using Pay in 4. As I placed the order, the item ran out of stock and the order did not place.
I received the pending authorization in my PayPal account and on my bank(Chase) statement.
After 24 hours, the authorization went away in my PayPal since the order did not go through.
On my bank statement, 5 days later, the PayPal Pay in 4 Debit is still there and the money($132.00) is still taken from my bank.
There is no transaction history on my NewEgg account or on my PayPal activity because the order never placed.
Has anyone had something similar? Who can I dispute this with PayPal or my bank, or will the pending go away on its on?
