Order Date: Feb. 20, 2020 Invoice ID: c12268661342344.1 Order: 20-Volt Max Lithium-Ion Cordless Combo Kit Total Price: $99.00 Transaction ID: 02J292131X293582T Tracking No. LW523064175CN Case ID: PP-I-9000 725 I filed dispute on “unauthorized transaction” and it was denied. Now, I can not file a corrected reason. PayPal makes everything so difficult. I want to file for the correct reason of product is NOT as described or wrong product. On Feb.20,2020 order a tool set for $99.00. My account was charged $99.00 but I had not received anything. At that time I filed a dispute. After PayPal denied dispute I found a package of Knife & Spoon (value $2.00) with that tracking number. I used tracking number at USPS and it showed received. My order was for a $99.00 Tool Set, Not $2.00 Knife & Spoon. You may be satisfied, because I got something, but it was the wrong item. Why can’t I file another dispute and get my money back? I don’t know why PayPal is making this so difficult. If PayPal cared they would check what was ordered and what was sent. There seems to be a lot of these scams under different names and using PayPal and they are making it impossible to recover your money. I have lost a lot of confidence in PayPal Jack
