My paypal only seems to be working from a few websites. Nintendo’s eshop work fine, but Uber does not. Steam worked, then didn’t work, then worked, and now isn’t working again. Many sites that used to work don’t. It is very frustrating, and I don’t know what to do. I am using my bank account, I do not have a credit or visa debit card. I am declined often or asked to use a CC/Debit card instead. Anyone ever have this issue?
