Paypal not allowing me to withdraw my money, underage

I am currently in the need for money, so I decided to sell a piece of clothing on Grailed. You cannot make a Grailed account unless you have a PayPal account, so I lied about my age and made an account. I successfully sold one of my hoodies for $93, but after sending in my identification, they limited my account and I can no longer withdraw the $93 from account. I understand that I shouldn’t have made this account since I am underage and I really do regret it, but is there anyway I can withdraw my money before the 180 days?
