PAYPAL DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT

Greetings.
I am attempting to make a purchase from Walmart US using my Paypal account, to which I have linked one of my cards and accounts.
I have more than enough money to make the purchase several times, but when I access the Paypal interface via the Walmart Checkout page, all I get again and again is a prompt that tells me to retry making the purchase, as if my card did not have money (it does, I have double checked immediately).
Below I show a screencap. What is going on? Why does Paypal act as if I had no funds in my card? Any advice appreciated.
