PayPal credit in positive balance but Paypal won’t transfer this to my PayPal balance.

Description

I purchased flights using PayPal credit back in March and since paid off some of the money. I recently received a refund for the flights back into my PayPal credit account so the account now has a positive balance. I want to transfer this positive balance to my PayPal balance so I can use it as it is my money, but despite numerous messages, they are refusing to do so. I have read similar topics on here and people have said after persisting they eventually did it, or after waiting a few months it did it automatically, but they are telling me it’s absolutely not possible and I can’t have free access to my money. Any advice? Thanks!
