Hello,
I wanted to send a payment to an email address and when I clicked to send a message popped up saying my payment was declined because of concern for this payment and wants to protect my bank account and transaction. I wanted to talk to someone in person but keep getting referred to these help sites. Maybe someone can explained to me why my payment was declined and why are they concerned for this transaction?
