Payment on Hold

Description

Hello, I received my first payment on paypal 2 months ago and I understand that it will be hold for 21 days because my account is new, but now i received couple of payment which is last month and this month and everytime client pays me it is still going on hold. I always update my status that its completed but still the money is available after 2 weeks. What way can this be fixed and so I can transfer my money as soon as possible to my bank and also, what can be the reason why this is happening. Thank you!
