Payment not showing on my account

Description

I used paypal to proceed with a payment however that payment still hasn’t left my bank account and it’s been 10 days now. When I login and go on my wallet, it shows two types of payment methods one with my bank account number and the other with my card number. Apparently i used the bank account number method, is that why the payment hasn’t showed up on my bank statement yet? I did receive a message saying ur payment has gone through immediately after I paid tho. I’m really confused whether the payment has gone through or not. Been trying to ring PayPal however no one is answering Thanks
