Payment not received-wrong email

Description

I’ve recently sold an item on eBay, but realised after the sale my PayPal email address was listed incorrectly. It’s a email address I’ve never had and I’ve tried to set the same up, but it’s obviously already been used as it’s not available. The seller has sent the payment to this wrong address in good faith and eBay have said that the buyer can reclaim the payment. They haven’t been able to do this, presumably because it’s sat in somebody else’s account. Totally my mistake so what do I need to do to get the funds redirected to my actual account?
