I made a payment yesterday at Oldnavy Store On line. I paid via Paypal, with my credit card (which has RD$ and US$). My purchase was made in US$, so I expected that Paypal charged me in US$ As I see, Paypal converted the payment in Dominican Pesos.. Why is that? I ordered the payment in US$, and the exchange rate didn’t help either.. How can I assure to be charged in US$?
