payment already deducted but no transaction record in paypal

Description

i made a purchase in Etsy today but while checking out, it is said that my credit card has problem. But i received a notification from the bank that the amount has already been deducted from my credit card. i even called the bank confirming that the transaction has succeeded. but the item i ordered was still in my cart so i browse through the cart to find out the problem and it AGAIN processed my payment. so i now received notification from the bank confirming i made a second payment for the same amount TWICE. When i check in paypal history, there wasnt any record of the transactions were made. No record in paypal and no record of my payment or purchase from the seller. cart is still not empty. i’m very anxious and puzzled. Any help please?..
