pay pal says they don’t have refund from delta airlines

Delta Airlines issued me a refund on 10/22/2020, to my Pay Pal account, for canceled flight. Pay Pal says that they don’t have there funds from Delta. I have the Delta refund document number and the transaction verification document number. I keep getting cut and paste answers from Pa Pal. Multiple times I get Your refund does not appear on your activity page ». No kidding!!! If I had that information I would have my refund. I have myltiple message exchanges from Pay Pal and I keep getting the run around. Can you please help me. Thank You «
