multiple subscription

Hi, one of my clients wants to use multiple subscriptions in a single checkout. I wanted to know if any of the Paypal services can achieve this. I got to know that multiple subscriptions is no longer available in PayPal standard. But is it available in any other PayPal services like Paypal pro etc? if it is available in which countries that PayPal services are available. Because I am looking for global use of multiple subscriptions. If my client having US PayPal account can that be used globally?
