Money on hold by package has been delivered

Hi all, I’m sorry if this gets asked a lot but I really need to get hold of this money. I have sent out 2 separate parcels via depop which total £100 which paypal is holding. I have provided royal mail tracking numbers which show both being delivered (One 4 days ago, one 1 day ago) and paypal still has not released my money. My account is a new paypal account as my other one got deleted but I have over 100 5 star reviews on my depop account. Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? Thank you so much
