Missing withdrawal

Hi , Can you help in this matter?missing withdrawal from my paypal account to my bank account. Transfer was done on november 4th 2020, I used wrong bank name to send my money. Seems like the data base from paypal was not updated, they still use the old name from my actual bank. Wich is closed now since 6 years and has merged with my actual bank. Here some sample of chat with paypal operator: « The bank PT OCBC INDONESIA does not exist anymore. It is THE BANK that was closed, NOT my account. That is why you will never get any response from this bank, since it does not exist anymore. PT OCBC was merged with PT BANK INTI SARI PENJIMPAN. That is why now PT OCBC is closed. And that is why also PT BANK INTI SARI PENJIMPAN is actually my correct current bank name in PAYPAL’S LIST. (The correct one: PT BANK INTI SARI PENJIMPAN is already existed in the Paypal’s bank list. » Paypal said: status of my transaction is completed, so its out of their system. They ask me to follow up with my bank. Thing is my bank is actually not the bank where they send my money. Transfer has not been rejected and money not yet back in my paypal account. My actual bank don t have any track of the transfer in the system. The went delivered to a bank that is closed since 6 years. I don t have account there… so bank details are wrong. How the transfer can be delivered if the bank details are not correct?
