Issue with sending money to philippines

Description

I am not able to send money to philippines. I dont know why. I tried many times. Always getting an error. Sorry your amount cant be paid this time try next time. I dont know why. Please get me a solution of this asap. I tryied sending to other people it did send. But not able to send in philippines. To the person i wanna send. So please if anyone facing this problem. Do report it. And i even cant report that problem from my account. It shows an error there too.
