Involved in scam.. help!

Description

The mother of my child was sending me payments through paypal and I would give her cash to help her out as she didnt have a bank account and she claimed she was given a gift card from her Uncle. Months later all transfers turned into chargebacks. I provided paypal with documentation proving she was given the money. There is a police case showing video ATM withdrawals of her immediately after each transfer. I also provided documentation from the card owner saying he gave her permission to use the card. Paypal says they cannot help with friends and family payment chargebacks. So now they not only got the cash once but now received the cash they sent me back through chargebacks. I will never use paypal to send or receive money to anyone ever again but how do I get these charges dropped? What more proof could they need? I am also not given an option to appeal and my account is completely locked and frozen.
