I have an active account; i have verified all information needed in account;, I have a personal account with a balance; the personal account plus; i have submitted emails asking how to apply for the PayPal Cash Card Debit Mastercard, but the only information that I keep receiving via customer support is the step by step process of how to apply! I understand how to apply for both the cash card and the credit card but i go to my summary and there is NOLINK TO BRING ME TO THE APPLICATION PROCESS.
