Identity verification add new bank account

Description

When I try to add my bank or transfer money out of PayPal I’m ask to complete a security check. It gives me the option to add my number. When I try to add a number it says my number is not supported. I do have two different verified numbers in my profile already. As well as my verified email address. My ss # is in my profile and verified. My passport number is in my profile. I do not get offered any other methods to use only adding a number to receive a text or a call. Any assistance I can get is greatly appreciated.
