I want to link a USD bank account but the system doesn’t allow me

Description

I am based in UAE and my PayPal currency is USD. I receive money to my PayPal account in USD but when I try to connect my USD bank account the system doesn’t allow me. It only allows me to connect an AED bank account.
I don’t want to connect an AED bank account because I lose a lot in currency conversion from PayPal.
I am based in UAE and my UAE bank opened for me a USD account.
Is there a way to connect this account to PayPal ?
In the attachment it says « Make sure you link a bank account that accepts Arab Emirates Dirham.This ensures your transfer won’t get declined. »
As I mentioned above I want to link a USD bank account that is based in my country UAE.
