How to cancel 4 payment plan?

Description

I was in the process of making an order online, I chose the new 4 payment plan on PayPal and I did not finish the transaction. I didn’t confirm order on the website. When I went back to the order hours later, i had a charge for the first payment on PayPal but no email confirmation from the order I made or the company. It’s been 3 days and still no order confirmation. The company is still emailing me that I “left my items in the cart”. I want to cancel my payment plan from PayPal to re order the items.
