How do we get PayPal to discredit consistently fraudulent companies?

Hello and I am new here in our Community. I have just had a run in with HK SOWEWAY INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS CO., LIMITED who I believe misrepresented what they were selling. I thought I was ordering two pop-up tents but instead received 2 bags that hold the tents. The advertisement I saw on FB was centered on the tents, I clicked on the buy now, and then ended up with two bags and no tents. I have accepted a 50% reduction, but I now see that other Community members have been suckered by the same Company. Is PayPal able to stop dealing with these types of Companies, and what can we do to request such? Even their Confirmation of my order states what I thought I was purchasing. HK SOWEWAY INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS CO., LIMITED has responded to my claim which I progress through PayPal.. This Company needs to be outed for their misrepresentation.. My thoughts only.. I only buy stuff on line from Companies offering PayPal facilities, as the support is great from them if I get into trouble. MeekaBill
