How do I update the status of my service?

Description

Hi, I received money from a service I provided digitally. Paypal says it’s going to hold it as pending for 21 days. They also say I may get my money faster if I mark the service as done. I cannot figure out how to do this. I did not invoice the client. I just gave them my paypal address. I can only see the pending payment under my activity. I see a button to refund their money, but not to mark a service complete. Can someone please help me find where to mark this as complete? Thanks!
