How do I find my money?: Really important

I used to have an Email forwarding address going to my real email but since I rarely use PayPal personal account and use it more for my business account I ended up deleting the forwarding email from PayPal which was my login email to access eBay and to access PayPal and deposit money. When I originally purchased an item back in early March of this year and never received it, I escalated a claim with eBay since I paid with my CC instead of PayPal. eBay chose in my favour and the client gave me a refund but I got my refund in my PayPal forwarding address which doesn’t exist anymore. The forwarding email address still exists because I received an email this morning saying I had a refund but when I tried to login the email was invalid. How can I recover the money that went to this email address? Does anyone have any idea? I tried contacting PayPal but they aren’t taking phone calls and I can’t seem to find a way to send them a message. Any help would be greatly appreciated
