how do I block from receiving payment from someone

Description

recently I keep receiving random malicious transaction like this with long ridiculous messages
and the sender keeps creating alt accounts from the domain
he has already used at least 6 different accounts like that
any way to prevent something like this?

changing new email address won’t help
I have an online E-Commerce shop
if I change to a new email address anyone can know easily
