help – why have my funds all been put on hold

Does anyone know why Paypal might have decided to put a hold on all my funds today ? I have been selling on and off on Ebay for 19 years (consistently now for the last couple of years), I haven’t had any returns or Paypal/Ebay disputes recently, and have 100% feedback. Today Paypal send me an email telling me all my funds are on hold due to issues but due to Covid 19 I cannot call them (I have tried their live chat function which says there are ‘hours’ wait (which I will do). It says Funds Now is no longer available on your account. This may be due to changes in your account, selling activity or potential fraud concerns. I have taken down most of my listings as I don’t want to be risking going to the post office but I can often go weeks without anything selling anyway so there shouldn’t be a change in my selling activity. Any ideas what might have happened, and how I can access the funds I was saving up in my paypal ? thanks
