HELP!!!! I’m a new Depop seller and not able to access the shipping label!

Description

With the selling of the item via Depop, there’s a spot for me to get the shipping label to ship out the item. I download it and only instead get this long file telling me I need to verify my Paypal account to view the shipping label. I found this strange as I have used this app to make purchases with my Paypal account countless times, It was only my first time selling. So it says to open the Paypal app and go to settings in the top right hand corner of the Paypal app and refer to the red alerts which will indicate what I need to do to verify my Paypal account. However there are NO red dot alerts! I tried verifying through text message despite I have a verified acc already and it would always end in an « error » every time. I called Paypal many many times only to be told that they weren’t taking calls AFTER they made me wait.
And now I have a buyer who already paid me WAITING because Paypal is incompetent. I really don’t want to look like I’m scamming this person and I would have had their item shipped out the next day after purchasing of not for this!!! I’ve tried everything and STILL cannot see the shipping label! I tried the Paypal help messaging and they were completely useless.
Someone PLEASE help me I am BEGGING you I CANNOT ACCESS THE SHIPPING LABEL EVEN THOUGH MY ACCOUNT IS VERIFIED
