Getting message « This card can’t be used for this transaction »

Description

I am trying to make purchases online with my PayPal with linked bank account and I keep getting the message « This card can’t be used for this transaction ». I’ve used this exact method of payment numerous times before without any issues. I have more than enough funds in that account as well. Two different stores give me this message, Sport Chek and Ten Tree. I’ve contacted my bank and they have no issues on their end. Also contacted the stores and both accept anything PayPal.
