Funds on hold

Is it just me, or is Paypal a joke holding money for services rendered. Not for goods shipped or future services. I mean like, would they pay the invoice if the work was not done… 2 days ago I was told they would release my restrictions because I was nearly complete on all the criteria. Today they say now they can’t and literally costing me money based on the release I was told would take place. 21 days for thousands of dollars to clear for work already performed. I am making a public announcement in several social media, business, and finance feeds that Paypal is the worst option for new service businesses to use to invoice and collect payment. As if collecting payment isn’t hard enough. They say to have my customer go through their step by step release, my customers already took enough time making the payment for services done. Thank you Paypal for coating me laborers that I cannot pay for your rediculous restrictions.
