FEES NO MATTER WHAT

None of these comments or solutions were helpful. My Mom has been sending me money for birthdays and holidays via PayPal for a few years now. Back then whatever she sent, I recieved in total. It NEVER charged me….the RECEIVER!!!! Sometimes she would send it paypal to paypal…..no charge. Sometimes if she didn’t have enough on her paypal account, she would send it via debit or credit card. Yes, this option required a fee….BUT NOT FOR THE DAMN RECIPIENT!!! Senders generally want the recipient to recieve the full amount and THEY take the hit on the fee. NOT NOW!!!!! Today she sent me 500 and I recieved 485. WTF PAYPAL? Think I’m nuts? Tell that to Westerm Union! If their recipients were charged the fee…..WESTERN UNION WOULD HAVE BEEN OUT OF BUSINESS DECADES AGO!!!!!
