I bought something from Jomashop and I chose paypal during check out but I saw the pay for 4 and choose that way as a payment , But i saw Im charged full by paypal and asking for the initial payment also for the loan? I dont understand this? its like im being charge twice. Can somebody explain this to me please. Cant find anybody on paypal to talk to. Thank you.
