Disputes and Paypal

Can anyone help please as getting in contact with PayPal is impossible!!! . No one at the message or resolution is answering anything!! . I bought an item ( that I needed ASAP) from a company that represented itself as a British company ( it’s products were in pounds sterling) but when I placed the order ,the receipt was in US dollars but the company is actually based in China . I tried to cancel the order but it went through. I’ve messaged paypal but they don’t answer in time ( I’m a key worker so I can’t sit for hours waiting for a response) . I raised a dispute but , now I can’t add on to the dispute!!!. I no longer want the item, plus the company added another item I didn’t even order ! and , of course they charged me for it !!! . I can’t get in contact with PayPal at all and I just want my money back. Any suggestions? Thanks
