Dispute refused, need to appeal… While the company sent me tracking information in March which showed the electric pruners (ordered January 1) somewhere in transit from China…likely held up being shipped out of Wuhan……they in turn, on dispute filed March 20th, provided PayPal with fraudulent delivery information to my USPS mailbox on February 18. They provided that info to PayPal after I filed a dispute. The dispute was found in favor of the seller because of the fraudulent delivery information.
