Direct deposit issues

Description

I set up direct deposit of my government benefits from the social security administration I’m on disability,my money was supposed to post on 12/31/20, its January 5th and I still haven’t received my money and PayPal is saying that nothing is showing up for direct deposit at all. Told me to check with the social security agency it’s got PayPal as my direct deposit, I live on a fixed income and really need my money and I keep getting the runaround with PayPal has this happen to anyone else
