Hello community, I am a new shop and we recently started our online business. I have always liked PayPal and decided to start our business online through them. So the account has only been open for around a week or two; we have received money in from various owners of the company; but today 07/22 we started our first sales primarily for a huge car show we’re about to be hosting in Oct. One of my payments from an E-Ticket, a digital ticket from the provider Ticket Tailor came through as pending. I am building a trend of sales; so why is it that this one sale got marked as pending? I know my account is relatively new; but how exactly do I move forward here? I need the money from ticket sales to pay for the event; and this puts a damper on the event because they already received the ticket from the Ticket Tailor. I do notice that on both of my accounts it does say Pending. What do I need to do on my side to resolve this issue; and luckily the person who got the hold on their account is a friend, so how I do get them to see things from their side to approve any discrepancies? Again, this is a digital product, there will not be any physical good with this order so its’ not like I can just create a shipping label or something like that. If it were a physical good it would be different. So what do I do, and how do I fix this from happening again in the future?
