Customer returned incorrect product- how do we prevent an auto refund from kicking in?

a customer purchased a drill from us, and they returned a pair of gloves. I sent a message to the customer and included a photo of the gloves they returned to us.

My question is how do I prevent amazon from doing an auto refund?

I clicked the “charge restocking fee” button and I click on “item is materially different” and upload a photo and I select to charge a 100% restocking fee. When I click 100% restocking fee it does not give me the option to press “save”, If I change the restocking fee to 99% it lets me hit save.

So is charging a 99% restocking fee the way to do it? Doesn’t seem like that would be the right way to do it but I see no other option.
