I have a customer that sent me a Credit Card payment to my e-mail but was off by 1 letter, which does not exist. They corrected it and sent payment again, but PayPal took the amount from their Credit Card twice. I only got paid once. They don’t have a PayPal account. How can they get the first charge canceled?
