Convert currency does not work

I received a payment in EUR a week ago and need to convert it to GBP in order to withdraw it. When i click on ‘convert currency’ from the dropdown, i simply get an error message on a blank screen saying « Some of the information required is missing or incomplete. Please check your entries and try again. »
This seems to be a known issue so how long will this take before i can withdraw my funds and close the account?
