CANNOT TRANSFER FUNDS FROM MY PAY PAL TO MY BANK

Cant transfer funds to my bank this is **bleep** me off a d raising my bloodpreasure. Pay pal is blocking people from transfering funds out of there account. Its **bleep** and i demand this be investigated I’ve come across hundreds of people comments on here that aren’t able to transfer their funds either and I didn’t see PayPal once offer to look into it or to help them they want to hold onto your money and keep your money scammers just like everybody else soon as I get my money out on closing out the account
