Cannot Confirm a Payment

Description

I have sold an item on eBay (this is the first time I have sold anything on the site) and I have received an email telling me the payment has been sent, however in order for me to claim the money I must first complete a registration form. My issue is that whenever I click this link to bring up the ‘one-page registration form’ I just get taken to my PayPal homepage. I have tried multiple times on both my computer and phone but no change. I am unsure what else to try in order for the money to be put into my account. This is the only PayPal account I have so it cant have been sent to another, I’ve even confirmed this account with my eBay account.
Any help will be greatly appreciated, also if you need any more info do ask.
