cancelled orders but Paypal deducted the money + nothing shows in « my activity »

Hello,
I cancelled 2 orders on two sellers websites after seeing that the shipping fee changed to a bigger amount each time : Paypal deducted the money from my card/ bank and nothing shows in « my activity » even after using the filter option. I received a notification on Paypal that vanished just after the two « transactions ».
I searched on the forum for similar cases and found that I have to wait up to a week. After a week I still have nothing !
I messaged a Paypal agent. She found the 2 deductions on her side and told me the amount was reversed the same day : Wednesday 30th December just after the cancellation ! that it’s up to my bank now and I just have to wait for 14 days, up to 30 days !
It’s contradictory with what I found on the forum and really frustrating, I don’t know what to do now.
