Can’t file a dispute or get a response from Paypal

Description

I recently placed an order with Dyson but until I didn’t receive an email regarding to my order? I got suspicious. That’s when I realize it’s was someone pretending to be a authorize Dyson seller. Created an entire fake website and all. I tried to contact their support HR to get a refund. It just send you a automated response despite what you email them about. I tried to reach out to PayPal and haven’t received any help. I honestly don’t know what else to do.
