Billed for currency conversion when card is already in currency required

Description

Dear Community, I have an issue with my payment with paypal. I have link a card which is already in USD and i am using this to carry out purchases in USD. However, Paypal is converting the USD to MUR and then the MUR to USD everytime i am making a purchase. I am therefore being billed twice for the currency conversion. Once by my bank for transferring funds into my card. Once by Paypal for making unnecessary conversion as stated above. Can anyone please help.
