Being Scammed?

Hi, having a serious issue. I’ve gotten two emails saying that I’ve spent over £200 in a store via paypal and while it’s under my actual name it’s going to an address hundreds of miles away from me. When I check my activity there’s no sight of it but I can see it when I go onto the transaction ID in my emails. I’ve changed my password but I’m so confused, the money hasn’t left my PayPal account and I’ve checked the account I have with the store but there’s no activity there either. I use the same email for the store as I do for my PayPal. What should I do? Is it just an error?
