Being Charged back total of $250 for virtual services (programming)

Hello, Currently being charged back a total of $250 (5 difference cases) for Computer Programming tasks / virtual items. Before this happened, it was $9.00 so I didn’t pay much attention to it, but now it’s serious because it’s a total of $250 that I just uploaded to cover food for family (I use Paypal card) along with Mother’s Day gift. I looked up similar cases online and it seems the person scamming (the buyer) always wins, so I’m looking for what steps I need to take to argue that they are attempting to scam me? Backstory: Did programming tasks back in January for the two individuals and they are now attempting to charge me in May. It’s very obvious they are scamming, but I do not believe the dispute team sees it the same way I do. Normally, if someone isn’t satisified with services / virtual items etc, they would immediately order a dispute around the day the money was sent, but this is a dispute being filed FOUR MONTHS after sending the money to me on paypal.
