Bank Transfer Issue

Description

Hello I recently tried to transfer money out of my paypal account and into my philippine bank account on August 29, 2020. As per paypal email, the funds would be transferred to the said account within 1-5 business days. It’s September 14th and the funds are still not in my account despite it being completed » on the paypal page. I can’t email or call paypal for customer service and it’s getting to be a real headache. All the account information and bank details were correct. I’m just frustrated that it’s taking so long. »
