Bank account confirmation wrong bank account linked

Description

Just tried to add my bank account to my PayPal account. I looked back at the confirmation and noticed the last four numbers of the bank account awaiting confirmation are completely different to those that I entered of my account. I just now entered my bank details again which is also awaiting confirmation. I am worried someone else will have access to my bank account through PayPal and the website is not letting me remove the bank account that is not mine due to having to wait for confirmation. What should I do?
